Do you offer free shipping, and are there any exclusions?

We offer free shipping only for sample orders.

We do not offer free shipping on paid orders but our shipping rates are extremely competitive at only 10 Euro for small items and 60 Euro for pallet deliveries regardless of the order size.

What happens if I'm not home when my delivery arrives?

In nearly all cases our couriers can safely leave goods kerbside, we also have a "live-tracking" service so you can monitor your delivery right to your door.

Botament D 11 Deep Penetration Primer 1L is an essential primer for improving adhesion on porous surfaces, ensuring a strong bond for tiles and coatings in your flooring projects.

D11 is a primer for the pre-treatment of absorbent substrates for the subsequent application of tile adhesives, levelling compounds, plasters or paint coats in interior and exterior areas.
