Returns Policy

Customers are entitled to return purchases from TIle Merchant within 7 days from the date the goods are received. Goods must be in original shrink-wrapping and in the same condition in which they were delivered.

Customers must pay for the goods to be returned to Tile Merchant. Cost for pallet delivery is usually €60. All returns will incur a 25% re-stocking charge.

Refund Policy

We will refund the cost of all items purchased after goods have been received. However cost of delivery and other charges will not be refunded.

Refunds to the customer will be on the same payment method in which the goods were purchased.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

In conjunction with the relevant information regarding delivery stated on our FAQ section, our delivery system requires a flat surface in which to drop our deliveries.

If we are unable to deliver an order to the arranged location due outlined criteria, customers will incur return delivery charges.

For deliveries that are unable to be completed for unforeseen circumstances we will endeavor to re-deliver at customers request at a reduced cost of €20 per pallet. Re-delivery of goods can be arranged for the following day or indeed a day to suit the customer.
