Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to resell unpacked or previously sold items as we cannot guarantee that these items have been stored in the correct conditions. Customer safety and satisfaction are vitally important to us, therefore, we cannot resell items that may not be 100% and could potentially be of sub-standard safety specifications.
Please note that for any returns, a 25% restocking fee will apply. This fee covers the cost of handling and restocking returned items.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
In conjunction with the relevant information regarding delivery stated on our FAQ section, our delivery system requires a flat surface in which to drop our deliveries.
If we are unable to deliver an order to the arranged location due outlined criteria, customers will incur return delivery charges.
For deliveries that are unable to be completed for unforeseen circumstances we will endeavor to re-deliver at customers request at a reduced cost of €20 per pallet. Re-delivery of goods can be arranged for the following day or indeed a day to suit the customer.
