Everything from our wide-ranging stock is available for both delivery and collection, with delivery possible to any postcode in Ireland, 7 days a week, and usually within 2-4 working days.
However, if you’d prefer to collect your Tile Merchant purchases direct from store, our showrooms team is on hand to help! To place an order for collection from your nearest Tile Merchant showroom, just select ‘Collection’ as your delivery method via our online checkout.
Alternatively, give your nearest showroom a call to discuss collection options. Please note that all orders for collection must be placed before arranging a pick-up time. Not all showrooms are open for collection 7 days a week.
Large Items & Palletized Goods
Applies to: All Tiles, Wall Panels, Outdoor Porcelain and items sold by the square metre.
- Collection Locations: Available for pickup only at our Ballymount or Greenogue (mainly paving and outdoor porcelain items) warehouses.
- Stock Availability: Collection is subject to which warehouse currently holds the stock for your order.
- Available Days: Monday to Friday.
Please Note: These items require specialized warehouse handling and cannot be collected at our other showrooms or over the weekend.
Small Items & Accessories
Applies to: Small items sold by the piece (e.g., adhesives, grout, tile trims, and general accessories) that are currently in stock.
- Collection Locations: Available for pickup at any Tile Merchant showroom:
- Ashbourne
- Ballymount
- Coolock
- Deansgrange
- Available Days: Monday to Sunday (Seven days a week)
