Collection Information

Everything from our wide-ranging stock is available for both delivery and collection, with delivery possible to any postcode in Ireland, 7 days a week, and usually within 2-4 working days.

However, if you’d prefer to collect your Tile Merchant purchases direct from store, our showrooms team is on hand to help! To place an order for collection from your nearest Tile Merchant showroom, just select ‘Collection’ as your delivery method via our online checkout.

Alternatively, give your nearest showroom a call to discuss collection options. Please note that all orders for collection must be placed before arranging a pick-up time. Not all showrooms are open for collection 7 days a week.

We have three showrooms, each offering collection on any of the items we have in stock – just make sure to double check stock availability with your chosen showroom before arranging pick-up.

Ballymount showroom is not open for collections on bank holidays or Sundays, with the exception of “small item” collections. Small items include such things as paving cleaners, grout, and so on. Please do not attempt to book a collection or arrive to pick-up your order on a bank holiday or Sunday.

How soon can I pick-up my order?

When you place an order for collection, select the store you wish to collect from at checkout. Our collections team will then email you when your order is ready to collect from store. This typically takes 1-2 days.

Can I collect any Tile Merchant item from store?

All of our items are available to order for collection, though we advise you to consider delivery on items which are excessively heavy or may be difficult for you to transport from showroom to home or worksite.

How much does collection cost?

It is 100% free to collect your items from any one of our showrooms.
