Alpha 90mm Shower Tray Waste Kit

The 90mm Shower Tray Waste Kit with a 40mm horizontal outlet gives a secure, watertight drainage connection for XPS shower trays and walk-in wet rooms.

It's designed as a companion piece for Alpha Tiling Tools XPS pre-formed shower trays, connecting the tray's waste point to the drainage pipework with a 90mm shower tray waste connection and a 40mm horizontal outlet. The kit is built from durable plastic and uses a secure sealing and clamping system to form a watertight joint, which is the connection most likely to cause a callback if it's rushed or under-sealed. A removable cover sits on top for easy access, so the waste can be cleaned or cleared without disturbing the surrounding tiling.

It's aimed at professional tilers, plumbers and bathroom installers working on wet rooms, walk-in showers and standard tiled shower installations, and it suits both residential bathrooms and commercial projects, whether that's a new build or a renovation. On site, it fits alongside XPS shower trays and formers in tiled wet rooms, walk-in showers, and residential or commercial shower installations generally.

Quick installation guide:

• Position the waste body beneath the shower tray outlet
• Connect the waste outlet securely to the drainage pipework
• Position the supplied gasket/seal correctly between the waste and shower tray
• Secure the waste assembly to create a firm, watertight connection
• Fit the removable waste cover
• Fully water-test the waste and shower tray installation before tiling or completing the surrounding finishes
