Do you offer free shipping, and are there any exclusions?

We offer free shipping only for sample orders.

We do not offer free shipping on paid orders but our shipping rates are extremely competitive at only 10 Euro for small items and 60 Euro for pallet deliveries regardless of the order size.

What happens if I'm not home when my delivery arrives?

In nearly all cases our couriers can safely leave goods kerbside, we also have a "live-tracking" service so you can monitor your delivery right to your door.

For a sophisticated, neutral tone, choose Bostik Ardacolor PREMIUM+ Pergamum Grout. This grout offers excellent adhesion and a durable finish for all your indoor and outdoor tiles.

Bostik ARDACOLOR PREMIUM + is a polymer-modified, water- and dirt-repellent multi-functional joint mortar with accelerated setting properties and high crystalline water binding properties for grouting ceramics and natural stone and marble that are insensitive and natural stone and marble. For joint widths from 1 to 10 mm, indoors, outdoors and on walls and floors. The fast-setting Ardacolor Premium+ is smooth and easy to apply, frost-resistant, open to water vapour diffusion and suitable for underfloor suitable.

Ardacolor Premium+ offers a high, secure flank adhesion and hardens without cracking. Ardacolor Premium+ offers an improved protective effect, a fine surface and a brilliant colour.

Ardacolor Premium+ is label-free according to GGVS and very low in emissions according to GEV Emicode EC1 PLUS. Ardacolor Premium+ meets the requirements of CG2 WA (high abrasion resistance, reduced water absorption) according to DIN EN 13888.
