What happens when a delivery cannot be made or I am absent when the goods arrive?
If we cannot make a delivery on a pre-arranged day due to unforeseen circumstances there will be an extra charge of €20 per pallet to re-deliver the goods, if the order is subsequently cancelled this will result in a €60 handling charge and a 15% restocking charge.

Can I return bulk bags?
Unfortunately not.
How long does it take from when I order goods and the order arriving?
Next day delivery is available to certain areas if the order is placed Monday to Friday before midday. All orders outside the times of standard office hours (Mon-Fri, 8.30-5.00) and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Resistant to corrosion, fungi and mould composite decking Alpha Deck is resistant to naturally occurring corrosion, fungi and mould.
Fade-Free & Warp-Free
During the manufacturing process UV coating and stabiliser is also added to the composite to keep the decking free from fading. Alpha Deck will not warp or buckle due to changes in the season or exposure to harsh weather conditions.
Low Maintenance & Easy To Clean
Alpha Deck does not need to be maintained. No sealing. No varnishing. No staining. Of course, your deck will need to be cleaned from dust and natural elements.
To keep it looking as it should, regularly clean with water and a brush. If there is a red wine or BBQ related spillage, clean the area initially with some warm water, and then lightly scrub with warm soapy water.
