Do you offer free shipping, and are there any exclusions?

We offer free shipping only for sample orders.

We do not offer free shipping on paid orders but our shipping rates are extremely competitive at only 10 Euro for small items and 60 Euro for pallet deliveries regardless of the order size.

What happens if I'm not home when my delivery arrives?

In nearly all cases our couriers can safely leave goods kerbside, we also have a "live-tracking" service so you can monitor your delivery right to your door.

Technik tanking system will inhibit the passage of moisture from within the tiled area into the substrates such as plaster, tile backer boards, timber, suspended floors, concrete floors and plywood overlays.
