Do you offer free shipping, and are there any exclusions?

We offer free shipping only for sample orders.

We do not offer free shipping on paid orders but our shipping rates are extremely competitive at only 10 Euro for small items and 60 Euro for pallet deliveries regardless of the order size.

What happens if I'm not home when my delivery arrives?

In nearly all cases our couriers can safely leave goods kerbside, we also have a "live-tracking" service so you can monitor your delivery right to your door.

The Rubi Rubber Grout Float ensures professional-quality finishes with its ergonomic handle and durable rubber surface.

RUBI has a wide range of rubber trowels for grouting ceramic tiles, with ergonomic wooden handles. RUBI PRO joint rubber trowels are available in different rubber hardnesses to obtain the best finish depending on the width of the joint.

One of the PRO rubber joint trowel models includes an abrasion-resistant white rubber sheet, and offers high flexibility, ideal for filling joints up to 3 mm. Wide. This flexibility guarantees homogeneous filling of the joint and perfect compaction of the grouting material.

The rest of the PRO joint rubber trowel models feature a sheet of expanded rubber of medium hardness and adaptable to any joint width. PRO joint rubber trowels stand out, especially, for their lightness. This feature is very beneficial and is highly valued by professional ceramic tile installers when grouting large surfaces.
