Tenax Titanium Knife-Grade Vinyl Ester High Strength Adhesive Clean White 1L (2 Component Set)

Our Tenax Titanium Knife-Grade Vinyl Ester Adhesive in Clean White (611) is a premium, high-strength bonding solution specially formulated for indoor and outdoor stone and tile applications. Featuring a clean, slightly translucent white shade, it sets reliably even at lower temperatures, making it ideal for Irish renovation and installation projects year-round.

Key Features & Benefits:

• Perfect for Exposed Joints: Unlike slow-curing structural epoxy glues (such as Domo 10), Tenax Titanium is specifically formulated for visible joints, seaming, mitre cuts, laminations, and chip repairs.
• Fast Curing & Working Time: Offers a practical 7 to 15-minute open working time in tins, allowing you to complete precision mitres and seamless joints efficiently.
• High-Gloss Finish & Easy Colouring: Takes universal colour dyes effortlessly and polishes down to an ultra-smooth, high-gloss finish that seamlessly blends with your tile or stone.
• Versatile Compatibility: Ideal for granite, marble, quartz, quartzite, ceramic, and porcelain.

Application & Mixing Instructions (Important):

1. Remove Glue: Scoop the required amount of knife-grade vinyl ester adhesive from the tin onto a mixing board.
2. Add Hardener (1%–3% Ratio): Add 1% to 3% hardener relative to the amount of glue removed from the tin. (Note: Always use the supplied paste hardener, not thickener.)
3. Mix Thoroughly: Blend completely before applying to your surface.

Important Note on Mixing: Do not exceed the recommended 3% hardener ratio. Adding too much hardener can cause the adhesive to discolour and prevent it from bonding properly.
